The Ghana-India Kofi Annan Centre of Excellence in ICT (GI‑KACE) was established in 2003 as Ghana’s first advanced ICT institute, created through a partnership between the governments of Ghana and India. It operates under the Ministry of Communication and Digitalisation, focusing on capacity building, research, innovation and consultancy in ICT, AI, robotics and e‑government. The centre offers a range of practical training programmes such as Network & Information Security, Data Analytics with Python, Software Development and CCNA across multiple campuses. Its mission is to promote ICT excellence and socio‑economic development in Ghana and the ECOWAS region.
