University for Development Studies

The University for Development Studies (UDS) is a non-profit public higher education institution established in 1992. Located in the suburban setting of Tamale, Ghana, UDS is a large-sized university with an enrollment range of 20,000-24,999 students. It is officially recognized by the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission and offers a variety of programs and research centers, including the West African Centre for Sustainable Rural Transformation and the Center for Agricultural Productivity and Policy Studies.
