The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) is a public research university established on January 1, 1988, by the Federal Government of Nigeria. It is one of the three universities of agriculture in Nigeria, with a mandate focused on teaching, research, and extension services. The university's campus spans approximately 10,000 hectares in the northeastern end of Abeokuta, the capital of Ogun State. FUNAAB offers a wide range of academic programs, including 30 undergraduate programs and 321 graduate programs, and is known for its significant contributions to agricultural research and development.
