The Hope Waddell Training Institution (HOWAD) is a secondary school located in Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria. It was founded by missionaries from the United Presbyterian Church of Scotland in 1895 and is named after the Reverend Hope Masterton Waddell. The school has a rich history and is currently owned and administered by the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria.
