Technische Universität Dortmund

The Technical University of Dortmund (TU Dortmund) has gained a special profile with 17 faculties in natural and engineering sciences, social and cultural sciences. Established at the end of 1968, it was formerly known as the Dortmund University. It is a highly ranked university in areas such as economics, chemistry, electrical engineering, and physics.
