Vienna Center for Quantum Science and Technology

The Vienna Center for Quantum Science and Technology (VCQ) is a collaborative initiative uniting quantum physicists from Vienna’s research institutions, including the University of Vienna, TU Wien, the Austrian Academy of Sciences, and the Institute of Science and Technology Austria. It focuses on advancing research and teaching in quantum science, ranging from fundamental quantum physics to novel quantum technologies. VCQ hosts over 250 researchers from around the world and is known for its strong network of cross-institutional collaborations.
