Ryerson University

Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU or Toronto Met), formerly known as Ryerson University, is a public research university located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In 1993, the institute became a full polytechnic university and renamed Ryerson Polytechnic University, expanding the mandate of the institution to include scholarly research. The school of graduate studies was formally established in 1997.
