Emir Abdelkader University of Islamic Sciences is considered as a public institution and distinguished by its administrative feature, moral identity and also by its independent financial state. It is under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The university has been established according to the presidential decree No-182/84 on August 4th, 1984.
