The Academy of Fine Arts Nuremberg, founded in 1662 by Jacob von Sandrart, is the oldest art academy in German-speaking Central Europe. Situated in Nuremberg, it offers a creative environment for around 300 students. The academy provides a range of programs including fine arts, sculpture, visual arts, painting, and graphic design, with master courses in Architecture and Urban Studies, and Art and Public Space.
