Technische Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe

The Technische Hochschule Ostwestfalen‑Lippe (TH OWL), also known as OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts, is a public state university founded in 1971 in Lemgo, Germany, with additional campuses in Detmold and Höxter. It serves around 5,600 students and offers more than 50 bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral programmes, emphasizing creativity, innovation and sustainability.
