Damongo College of Agriculture and Allied Sciences, founded in 1953, has over 70 years of agricultural education heritage in Ghana’s Savannah Region. It transitioned from the Damongo Farm Institute to a college under the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, offering programmes such as a two‑year Certificate in General Agriculture, one‑year short courses, and various specialised short courses. The institution is recognised as a premier agricultural training centre, contributing to human‑resource development for the sector.
