Wa Technical University

Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University, originally founded as Wa Polytechnic in 1999, was converted to a technical university in 2020 following several legislative acts. It is a public, non‑profit institution located in Wa, Upper West Region of Ghana, offering Higher National Diploma, Bachelor of Technology and postgraduate programmes. The university emphasizes competency‑based training in engineering, applied sciences and technology to produce industry‑ready graduates.
