It is the 77th university to be accredited by the NUC and the 95th university to be recognized in Nigeria. The university has about 60 academic departments spread across 11 faculties and is known for its seamless admission processes. KWASU has grown significantly since its establishment, now admitting over 10,548 students yearly.
