The University of Moundou (UDM) is a public higher‑education institution in Chad, founded by ordinance on 5 March 2008, succeeding the Institut universitaire des techniques d'entreprises de Moundou (IUTEM) which operated since 2004. It is located in Moundou, Logone Occidental, and comprises four faculties covering letters, arts, humanities, science, business technology, law, and exact sciences. The university is affiliated with the Agence universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) and conducts its activities in French.
