The University of Cádiz, in existence since 1980, is one of the younger members of Spain's national university system. It is located in Cádiz, Spain, and is known for its beautiful campuses, including the Facultad de Filosofía y Letras, housed in a recently restored eighteenth-century building. The university is part of the International Campus of Excellence of the Sea and the European University of the Seas.
