College of Health Sciences

The College of Health Sciences at the University of Ghana comprises several elite schools and research centres, including the Medical School, Dental School, School of Biomedical & Allied Health Sciences, School of Public Health, and School of Nursing and Midwifery. It is recognised as the premier college of Ghana’s leading university and emphasizes research and global health partnerships. The college attained its status as a distinct college in the early 2000s and continues to expand its academic and research programmes.
