Established in 1926, Kunitachi College of Music is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the suburban setting of the small city of Tachikawa, Tokyo. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Kunitachi College of Music (KCM) is a very small-sized coeducational Japanese higher education institution. Students can choose from specializations in vocal music, piano, electric organ, wind, string and percussion instruments, jazz, composition, computer music, musicology, music therapy, music education and preschool education.
